HOW IT STARTED
In 2017 when I created lucid I was extremely high functioning, but my soul energy was depleted. I had a really difficult time understanding how to establish an effective self-care regimen. One day, I came across the five pillars of self-care. I now call it the five pillars of life. I am living testimony that if these 5 tenets are met in your life, you are genuinely living an intentional life for YOU. I feed my soul through little tools that are personal to me to fulfill my physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health. Healing is hard, and life throws us curveballs daily, it helps to have a blueprint for how to take care of oneself. It was a lot of trial and error, and this group serves to save some of that time and find what works for you effectively.

WHAT DOES EACH WEEK INCLUDE

We will be unpacking different ways in which we practice self-care using the five pillars of mental health and wellness: physical, mental, social, emotional, and intellectual.

We will be processing old beliefs about ourselves and setting realistic and achievable goals in life.

We will be reframing our thoughts and mindset on setting realistic and achievable goals (CBT).

We will be exploring habit stackin; how to gain awareness into the habits we'd like to change and replacing them with new habits to build upon. (tracking and chain analysis)

We will be implementing grounding tools, skills, and strategies that are in alignment with your intentions and goals (mindfulness).

We will be exploring different tools and resources necessary to set healthy boundaries- physical boundaries, emotional boundaries. time boundaries, sexual boundaries, intellectual boundaries, material boundaries.

Peace wrapping things up and taking the new skills, tools, and structures you've created and implementing them in your life. processing your experience and saying farewell for now.
